Fair Processing Notice
All schools, local authorities and other educational bodies that process personal data about pupils are required by the Data Protection Act 1998 to issue a "Fair Processing Notice" to parents to inform them and their children of the purposes for which that personal data may be held and used.
You can access any of three documents from this page which give you details of how personal data is managed by The Fold School, the LEA and other bodies. They each contain the same basic information in varying levels of detail!
